Your Right to Data Deletion You have the right to request deletion of your personal data collected through Google and Facebook sign-in services. When you sign in using these social platforms, we only collect your email address to create and manage your customer account.
How to Request Data Deletion:
  1. Email Request: Contact us at info@fashionrestock.com with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  2. Include Information: Provide your email address and specify which social sign-in method you used (Google or Facebook).
  3. Verification: We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
What We Delete:
  • Your customer account information.
  • Email address associated with your social sign-in.
  • Order history and personal data stored in our systems.
  • Any marketing preferences or communication records.
Processing Timeline:
  • We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
  • Data deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
  • You will receive confirmation once deletion is complete.
Third-Party Data: Please note that data stored directly with Google or Facebook must be deleted through their respective platforms. We can only delete data stored in our Shopify systems.
Important Notes:
  • Data deletion cannot be undone.
  • You may need to create a new account for future purchases.
  • Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance as required by law.
