Shipping policy

 

We currently ship to the following European Union countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Worldwide delivery is also available. Shipping availability, costs and delivery times for destinations outside the European Union may vary depending on the destination country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 working day of receiving payment and are dispatched on the next working day via DHL, UPS or GLS.

Order processing begins once payment has been successfully received. Orders are processed on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

European Union: Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.

Worldwide: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected and will be shown at checkout where available.

Shipping Costs

EU orders under €149: €11.90 shipping per order (up to 4 kg).

EU orders of €149 or more: Free standard shipping.

Worldwide orders: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and order details and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

EU orders: Orders are shipped from within the European Union. No import duties or customs fees apply to deliveries within the EU.

Worldwide orders: Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
